Ashby Herd Health was established in 1973 by Dr. Shelvin Arey and is now one of the largest food animal practices in Virginia. We have five full-time veterinarians, and are located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley in Harrisonburg, Virginia in the largest agricultural area of the state. Our mission is to offer services to the animal agriculture industry that will make producers more efficient and profitable.
